Why we work hard

I devised our slogan "we work harder" because I honestly put every effort I can in to each job.  One unique aspect of Seven Seas Energy is the fact that we are one of the few larger solar installers that is not backed by Venture Capital.

Not to bash the competition however when you order a solar energy system with Seven Seas, I use my personal credit and cash to purchase the equipment for your home or business.
When we complete a project you will only pay when you are 100% satisfied.
I don't have an "investor" who is waiting for you to write that final check, I am waiting for that check and up until I have that; it is my personal money on the line.

With that in mind- who do you think will be on your rooftop making sure each job is done with the best care and regard so you are satisfied?

Those are just my thoughts, take it for what you will.

Yellowfin Restaurant to install solar panels with Seven Seas Energy (Commercial)

Yellowfin Steak & Fish House is going solar, and it's just the beginning. The 36 panel project is part of a much larger program involving sustainable energy initiatives throughout the organization. Yellowfin has engaged Seven Seas Energy LLC to begin construction of a solar energy array which will provide over 10,000 kWh of electricity annually - equal to the energy consumed by a typical home in Maryland. "Engineering was begun in early August for the project and the panels have been shipped to our local facility to make them ready for installation in late August" said Seven Seas Energy representative, Teris Pantazes.

The solar energy project at Yellowfin is the first of its kind for local business owner Harvey Blonder. "We expect that this project will go very well," said Blonder. He believes that this is the right time to get involved in sustainable energy. "There is a substantial up-front cost but we viewed this as an investment in the building - and as an investment in technology that is important to the environment, so it made good sense," said Blonder.

Commercial Solar Energy systems typically pay themselves back within 5 years here in Maryland. "Contrary to popular belief, Maryland has excellent solar exposure and only gets an average of 1 hour less per day when comparing ourselves to the deep south" says Teris. "With the number of incentives in place, rising energy prices, and the problems we face with grid reliability, Mr. Blonder saw an opportunity to save a tremendous amount of money while dramatically reducing his carbon footprint. Truthfully it could be the most responsible investment any property owner can take" he concluded. Teris has a Master's Degree in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University, where he developed a unique financing model which recognizes these savings.
